Questions to settle early.
Can the WC or shower be moved anywhere?
No. Drainage, structure, levels and property requirements can restrict fixture moves. The actual wet area needs to be reviewed.
When should the shower screen be measured?
Final measurements should be taken after the surrounding surfaces are sufficiently complete and the actual opening is known.
Is waterproofing visible at handover?
Most of it is not, which is why the preparation, application, transitions and testing sequence should be discussed before finishes cover the work.
